Amplify were asked to support Bentley’s marketing team to create an exciting and innovative idea for a new car launch in the Middle East.
Amplify created a fully functioning Augmented Reality Marketing mobile application for the luxury car retailer – Bentley.
The mobile application worked alongside specially designed luxury Bentley printed cards. It gave targeted consumers and existing customers the ability to see the brand new Bentley Flying Spur in Augmented Reality on their mobile phone before the general release to the public. The Augmented Reality marketing campaign gave customers the ability to see the new Flying Spur car in full 360 degrees view on the card. They also had the ability to view the latest products and services.
To view the Augmented Reality experience, the consumer was given a luxury gift box containing an invitation to download the Bentley Application from the app store. After opening the application they held their phone over the invitation. A 30 second trailer played showcasing the car and it’s features. The application also included personalisation of car registration plates featuring the consumers name.
