KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Collaborating with account managers and studio team to identify and create unique designs for various purposes
  2. Create various designs across all media; Advertising, Packaging, Branding, POS and of course Digital
  3. Meet deadlines with regards to design creation
  1. Research and put together visual mood boards and project presentations.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English (Arabic preferred but not essential).
  • A great thinker who can understand and interpret brands, appreciating how products and brands interact with consumers.
  • A self-motivated, energetic and inspiring team player, with a positive and proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in Indesign, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A thorough understanding of the design process, from concept through to execution.
  • Sketching and visualisation abilities
  • Ability to generate and clearly communicate ideas, from sketch work through to development, visually and verbally.
  • The ability to create new ideas independently and within a team.
  • MUST have a portfolio of prior work
  • Have the ability to think outside of the box

The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing and strategy departments on a variety of projects from Social Media Marketing to Content Copywriting and PR. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Content creation – you will be required to write engaging and relevant content for our clients’ social media platforms. This includes writing posts for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and blogs / press releases etc
  2. Covering events and on-ground activations through live social media posting
  3. Community management – you will also be responsible for engaging with online communities, creating a conversation with consumers and addressing their queries and complaints on a daily basis
  4. Creative ideas –  to come up with creative ideas to increase fan engagement levels and incorporate these into monthly plans
  5. Research emerging social media platforms and trends and feedback to the team
  6. Work with the social media manager to create digital strategy and contribute to agency brainstorming sessions
  7. Working alongside the digital and client servicing team to promote our content through paid advertising.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English (Arabic preferred but not essential)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably marketing / media studies / mass communication.
  • An active participant in the blogosphere, with demonstrable engagement in blogging, micro blogging and other key online engagement activities
  • Experience in digital PR / blogger outreach / content seeding / buzz generation is benefit
  • Strong working knowledge of Social Media Channels including: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat etc
  • Effective communication (verbal/written), organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize, coordinate, multi-task, and demonstrate initiative
  • Work well independently and as a team
